Hockey Development

The HDC plays a vital role in shaping the future of hockey operations for the NPHA. To ensure a well-rounded and expert perspective, the committee is made up of a dedicated group of leaders, including the HDC Coordinator, the NPHA Vice President, the Mite/8U Coordinator, and our Boys and Girls High School Head Coaches.

We also welcome up to twelve community volunteers to join this team. We are looking for individuals with a strong hockey background who are passionate about giving back and helping our players grow. These volunteer positions are a two-year term, providing a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting, positive impact on our hockey community.
